Imperial War Museum – Spies

Spies Lies and Deception explores why deception is used and looks at some of the most successful, surprising and shocking instances from the last hundred years of conflict. Spread across three galleries displays include stories and objects WW1 WW2 the Cold War through to contemporary conflict including Iraq and the Salisbury poisonings. A sequential route leads visitors into the first gallery where large theatrical setworks provide a backdrop to deception on the battlefield. In the following galleries espionage is explored through a combination of AV projection tactile models large scale graphic compositions and simple interactivity. Collaboration with Skellon Studio
